We work with councils, schools, community organisations, iwi groups, funders, and youth-focused initiatives who want to support rangatahi into careers, employment, or entrepreneurship.
Our work mainly supports rangatahi aged 15–24, though some events may focus on a narrower age range depending on the kaupapa and community needs.
We are based in Aotearoa New Zealand and have delivered events and programmes across the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and beyond. Our kaupapa is adaptable to any community — if the fit is right, we're open to working across the motu.
No — we’re not a traditional training provider. We focus on facilitation, insight gathering, and supporting pathways that connect rangatahi to real-world opportunities and resources.
We're not a traditional training provider or PTE. We're facilitators and connectors — we design and deliver kaupapa Māori learning experiences in partnership with communities, rather than running fixed courses or qualifications. Our mahi sits at the intersection of education, career exploration, and cultural development.

Whether you’re planning an event, supporting rangatahi, or exploring partnership opportunities, we’d love to kōrero.
