Empower rangatahi to lead.

We design and facilitate career-focused workshops, summits, and multi-session programmes — grounded in mātauranga Māori — for communities across Aotearoa.

Kia Mau Talent designs and facilitates kaupapa Māori events, workshops, and multi-session programmes that connect rangatahi and whānau with careers, skills, and community knowledge. We work alongside councils, schools, iwi, and community organisations to co-create learning experiences grounded in local context.
